Gregory Simoncic

Gregory Simoncic is an Arizonan born artist. He attended Arizona State University where he received a BFA in sculpture in 2015 and went on to Parsons The New School for his MFA in Fine Arts. He has shown both nationally and internationally as a sculptor. He was selected for the Digital Stone Project 2014, a residency program located in Gramolazzo, Italy where he learned to carve marble with CNC robotic technology and traditional techniques. His work takes on many forms from video to marble ultimately interested in the intersection of everyday life and how we interact with the technology that surrounds us.
